Come with an idea, leave with a business.
An 8-week programme for AI-native founders and solo builders who are done planning and ready to ship. You'll have a live product and your first customers by Demo Day.
The cohort starts September 2026 and seats open in early September. Waitlist members get first pick โ and the USD 2,000 price instead of USD 3,000.

This programme is built for founders who are already comfortable with AI but keep getting stuck before launch.
In 8 weeks, you go from idea to live product โ with real customers, a working revenue model, and a 30-day growth plan.
Cohorts are small by design. You build alongside people who move at the same speed you do.
You already know the tools.
That's not the problem.
You've spent the last few months (maybe longer) building things with AI. You can ship faster than most developers you know. You have an idea โ maybe a few โ and you've been doing the research, making the notes, and telling yourself you'll start properly soon.
You haven't started. Or you started and stalled.
This is for you if
- You're already using AI tools in your daily work โ Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, or similar
- You have a business idea you believe in but haven't turned into anything real yet
- You've done solo projects before and can work independently without hand-holding
- You're ready to commit 8 weeks to actually building โ not attending a course about building
This is not for you if
- You're new to AI and still learning the basics โ Delta Camp's main cohort is the right place to start
- You want a structured course with a certificate at the end
- You need an idea โ this programme works with the one you already have
- You're looking to build as part of a larger team (this is for solo founders and indie builders)
The real reason most AI-savvy builders don't launch isn't a skills gap. It's a sequencing problem.
You move fast โ but you're optimising execution before you've validated the thing. You're building features for a customer you haven't spoken to yet. You're perfecting the product before you've priced it. The speed that AI gives you can actually make this worse, because you can now build the wrong thing much faster than before.
The other problem: building alone is slow in ways that have nothing to do with code. The decisions stack up. The doubt compounds. There's no one to tell you when you're overthinking it โ and no one to tell you when you're about to make a mistake they made six months ago.
This programme fixes both.
Eight weeks. One business.
Here's what the arc looks like โ not week by week, but phase by phase. Tap a camp to see what happens there.
You leave this phase with a validated problem, a defined first customer, and an offer you can describe in one sentence. Most founders skip this. We don't let you.

Demo Day
Twelve founders. Twelve live businesses. One evening.

What you carry out of camp.
By the end of Week 8, you'll have:
A live product or service
Accessible, priced, and ready to sell.
At least one paying customer
Or a committed waitlist with a launch date locked.
A one-page business model
What you sell, who buys it, and what it costs to acquire them.
A 30-day post-launch plan
What to do the week after Demo Day so momentum doesn't die.
An AI-native operating stack
The exact tools and workflows running your business so it doesn't need a team to function.
Small cohort. Live sessions.
Real accountability.
2 live sessions per week, 90 minutes each. One is a structured build session. One is open โ bring your blockers, your decisions, your half-built things.
12 founders per cohort
Small enough that everyone gets airtime. Big enough that you get diverse feedback.
Async support between sessions
A dedicated group between sessions. You post your work, your questions, your wins. The cohort responds. So does Newan.
One commitment per session
Every session ends with one specific thing you'll ship before the next one. Not a goal. A deliverable.
Guided by builders,
not instructors.
Every section of this programme is led by someone who has done exactly what that section covers โ not someone who studied it.
Across the 8 weeks you'll work with three kinds of practitioner โ founder ops, technical, and go-to-market. They've also consulted with large-scale organisations on how to adopt AI into real operations โ so they understand both the solo builder's constraints and the enterprise's expectations.

AI-first founders
Non-technical operators who built and scaled AI-native businesses themselves. They take you from a rough idea to a validated, defined offer โ and the operating system to run it solo.

AI-first engineers
Builders who ship production software with lean teams. They break down what your MVP scope actually is, which AI stack to commit to, and how to get from prototype to something real users can rely on.

GTM operators
People who've taken products from zero to paying customers across multiple regions. They cover your first customers, pricing, and the AI-first marketing engine that keeps demand coming after launch.
They're all still building.
Nothing here comes from a slide deck that hasn't been updated in two years.
Our commitment to you.
If you show up to every session, complete every weekly deliverable, and don't have a live business by Demo Day โ we'll work with you one-on-one, at no extra cost, until you do.
We're not offering a money-back guarantee. We're offering something more useful: we stay until it's done.
The cohort matters. Every person in the room affects the quality of the programme for everyone else. That's why there's a verification process before you're accepted โ to make sure the cohort is made up of the right people, at the right stage, building in the right direction. If you're ready, we're ready.
Your investment. What you build with it.

What this is worth.
A dev agency charges between $15,000 and $50,000 to build what you'll build in this programme. That's before revisions, delays, or the six months it typically takes to hand over something you can actually run.
Eight weeks. A live product. First customers. Built by you โ which means you know how to change it, grow it, and keep it running after the programme ends.
The payback math
USD 2,000
Programme cost
USD 200/mo
Typical customer
10 customers
Paid back in month one
Sell at USD 500/mo and it's 4 customers. One USD 2,000 annual contract and it's one. Everything after that is yours.
The programme pays for itself the moment you close your first customers.
Questions, answered.
Do I need a fully formed idea to apply?
You need an idea you believe in โ but it doesn't need to be fully formed. Part of Weeks 1โ2 is stress-testing it and sharpening it into something real. What you shouldn't bring is "I'm exploring a few directions." Pick the one you care about most and apply with that.
How much time do I actually need to commit each week?
6โ8 hours. Two live sessions (90 minutes each) plus the actual building. If your job or other commitments won't allow you to clear that reliably for 8 weeks, this isn't the right time to apply โ and we'll tell you that honestly on the discovery call.
Is this only for people building software products?
No. The programme works for any business a solo founder can build with AI โ productised services, content businesses, SaaS tools, consulting practices with AI-built infrastructure, and more. What matters is that AI is central to how you build and operate it.
What tools will I need?
You'll need access to at least one AI reasoning tool (Claude or ChatGPT), and we'll introduce automation and build tools depending on what you're building. No specific tools are required to apply โ we'll figure out your stack in Week 1.
How is this different from an accelerator or incubator?
Accelerators optimise for fundraising. This programme optimises for revenue. You're not here to build a pitch deck โ you're here to build a business that makes money. If you want to raise after that, you'll have a much stronger position to do it from.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
You graduate with a live business and access to the alumni group, which runs monthly sessions. Most of the ongoing work happens in that community โ sharing what's working, troubleshooting what isn't, and building alongside people who are moving at the same speed.

Seats open early September.
Same questions as the application, no payment attached. When seats open we work down the list in order, so where you sit on it is decided today.
No payment today. If it's not the right fit when we talk, we'll tell you โ and point you to what might be.
Building with a team, not just for yourself?
If you already have people around you โ a company, a department, a small ops team โ the same method runs at that scale. We map the work that actually eats their week and build automations inside the tools you already pay for.
Or ask us on your call โ we'll tell you which route fits.
